Channel Islands mile builder

Catamaran sailing mile-builder to the Channel Islands.
Join us on Friday evening and settle in to the boat before we head up to the local tavern for a meal and a chat about the plans for the week. We'll set off on Saturday morning and head west along the Solent. Our destination will depend on the wind and tides, but may be withing the Solent (eg Lymington or Yarmouth) for a gentle start, or maybe a bit further (eg Poole). Over the course of the next week, our plan is to visit Weymouth, Alderney, Sark, Herm, Guernsey and Cherbourg in France. There will be time to explore each of the smaller islands and to spend some time in St Peter Port and Cherbourg. Towards the end of the week we'll make sure we're back on this side of the Channel so that we can return to Gosport by about 16:00 on the Sunday.
So just to confirm, this trip is for 9 days and nifghts on board, the chance to visit four of the Channel Islands plus other ports in France and the UK, and at last two 60Nm passages which could help you qualify for your Yachtmaster.
