Details

We have chosen for this month:

# Amnestyby Aravind Adiga

Danny a young illegal immigrant must decide whether to report crucial information about a murder—and thereby risk deportation. He must wrestle with his conscience and decide if a person without rights still has responsibilities.

Aravind Adiga was born in 1974 in Madras (now Chennai), educated in New York and Oxford. His first novel, The White Tiger, won the Booker Prize for Fiction in 2008.

There will be a break of 10 minutes between part 1 and part 2 of the meeting. I have only the free zoom so you will need to use the same link to log in after the first meeting time ends.

WARNING - there are some themes in the book that not all readers may enjoy reading about. Please take a look at reviews yourself if you wish to check this out in advance.

Please keep your rsvps up to date in order to leave spaces for other people. If you have never attended and have 2 misses to attend then I will give your space to others.
