Doesn't escape sound gooood? Yes! Let's do it together.

And, the two Time Travel titles for discussion on May 20 are:

1. 'From Time to Time' by Jack Finney
2. The First Fifteen Lives of Harry August' by Claire North

Read both titles, just one, or neither, and just wish you had. All are welcome to participate is what should be a lively discussion of the challenging themes presented by this theme. Does Time Travel fall into the category of: just because you can doesn't mean you should? Probably.

Come early, order a cold brew and egg sandwich, and come into the glass-in private room where everyone else in the restaurant can see us (very fish bowly). We'll discuss the books one at a time starting with did you like it, followed by why, why not? And, we're off! It's fun!

The Fiction titles for our June 17th meeting are:

1. 'Outline' by Rachel Cusk
2. 'Drive Your Plough Over the Bones of the Dead' by Olga Tokarczuk

Come ready to enjoy the company of interesting and intelligent folks, and conversation that inspires you to learn.

We welcome you. If you don't have time to read both books, I suggest you read one, or you can just observe this unique and fabulous sub-genre of word lovers for future reference and, perhaps, to gossip about. We often compare and contrast the two titles, which is pretty interesting.

Because we're in Starbucks, you can pick up a tasty iced something-or-other and something to eat if you like, and join us.
