Our "Road Tripper" Book Club meets every 3 months (March, June, September, and December) to discuss a Literary/Adventure novel.
Sept book: Cassandra at the Wedding by Dorothy Baker
Published in 1962, this novel--about a lesbian Berkley grad student returning to her family home to sabotage the wedding of her identical twin sister--captures the feeling of the young American ennui of that era.
