Led by Ben Michaels (30+ IMDb credits, working pro with 19+ years of experience), this group is a training ground for booking better gigs — from student films and deferred-pay indies to corporate voiceover and commercial work.

📍 We meet online 2–3 times/month, and once a month in person in Boulder, CO (Junkyard Social Club). Sessions are fun, supportive, and focused on real-world skills that help you get booked.

Book It! is a monthly audition workshop focused on helping actors and voice artists get real-world results — more callbacks, more bookings, and more paid work.
We use improv techniques as a training tool — not for performance, but to help you get out of your head, stay flexible, and make stronger choices in the room or on tape.
Whether you're just starting out or looking to tighten your self-tapes, this is a working session for anyone serious about getting booked.

Photographer Michael Hystead will be doing single-look headshots for the first 15 people who RSVP.
➡️ Come dressed in a solid top you’d like to be photographed in. No outfit changes.

- Aspiring or working actors and voiceover artists
- Anyone who wants to build confidence in auditions and get booked more often
- Creatives who need updated headshots or scene footage
🎬 What You’ll Do:
- Work through on-camera or voiceover audition sides
- Learn how to make better first choices and second takes
- Practice cold reads and script breakdowns
- Use improv-based drills to boost responsiveness and presence
- Optionally record your scene with lighting, backdrop & phone stand provided
- Get a free headshot (for the first 15 RSVPs)
💡 What to Bring:
- Water bottle
- Notebook & pen
- A clean shirt or top for your headshot
- A prepared scene (optional – sides will also be provided)
