How does this book club work?
Read as much of the book as you can (hey, life happens!) prior to the book club date. If you've read 0% of the book, you can come as long as you're willing to tolerate spoilers and a good time :)

The co-hosts will lead a discussion about the book, following the ratings. Some hosts come with questions, some follow the flow. Please respect the way the co-hosts choose to lead the book club, as they are dedicating time and energy. Criticizing the way a co-host leads the book club will _not be tolerated. _

Why are we at the Churchill Clubhouse for April?

Following feedback from the team, we will be test driving two new venues for winter programming. This is due to the fact that Williams can be chaotic during skating season. We tested Pheasant Plucker for March, and for April, it is the clubhouse. Basma will circulate the survey afterward. Whichever wins, will be the venue from November 2025 to April 2026.

Why is the attendance limited to 15?
This is to ensure we don't overwhelm the space. If you're on the waitlist, DON'T FRET. Basma tends to move people off the waitlist, with the understanding that people will change their RSVPs closer to the date, because, well, life. If you're on the waitlist, we invite you to read the book and to please check the app to see if you've been moved. If you're still on the waitlist come April 23rd, please message Basma on the app, and she will move you.
