February '20 Book Selection: A Ladder to the Sky by John Boyne

Thanks to everyone who came out in January to our first discussion of the year. I'll admit, I was wondering what kind of discussion we'd have of Evvie Drake Starts Over, but it ended up being a good one! I love it when books surprise me, but I love it even more when the discussion surprises me.

We hope to see you in a few weeks for our February discussion of A Ladder to the Sky by John Boyne. A note: this book has multiple covers (not just the difference between the hardcover and paperback, but there is at least one other that I saw, so don't let that confuse you. Just go by the title and author). This story is about a talent-less writer who will do just about anything for fame. A link to reviews is below.
