Each attendee should bring one or more questions to ask the group.

Add Books to Voting List:
Active members can add books to the Voting List, and vote on future reads. Active members are those who have attended an event in the past 6 months. Simply message "Ab" one book recommendation per quarter. Books for each quarter will represent 3 different literary genres, and are determined by book selection criteria and top votes.

Book Selection Criteria:

1. Written by a person of color (Black, Latinx, Native American, Indian, Pacific Islander, Asian, etc.)
2. Favorably reviewed on goodreads.com with at least 3.5 stars, 1000 ratings, and 250 reviews
3. Between 200 and 600 pages
4. Available in paperback
5. Not a prior book club selection
