No pressure to donate - come as you are and enjoy the walk.

Join me for a morning of giving, connection, and movement! We'll have a shoe drive then enjoy a walk around the beautiful Rose Bowl Walking Loop (3.1 miles).

Before the walk begins, I'll be collecting new shoes to benefit **Hope in a Suitcase**, a Los Angeles-based nonprofit that provides essential items and comfort to children entering foster care.

🅿️ Park in LOT I
**9:15 AM - Collect Shoes
10:00 AM - Walk the Rose Bowl Loop.**
The loop is paved and flat. Leashed dogs allowed. This is my first time organizing an event like this so walk start time is a rough estimate. No pressure to donate-come as you are and enjoy the walk.

The charity emailed me a list of immediate needs this winter. Please see photos attached and let me know what you would like to donate. I want to fill their shoe needs and avoid duplicates. **Special request from charity: to avoid confusion with gang affiliation, please no items for TEENS that are primarily RED or ROYAL BLUE.**
