🫶🏻 Community Service: Providing Sack Lunches for the Homeless in Pasadena

We will pack and deliver 50 sack lunches to people experiencing homelessness. We'll pack the lunches together, then deliver them to a shelter in Pasadena. You can make an impact. One lunch may seem small, but together we're feeding people who might not otherwise eat that day.

SIGN-UP LIST

All items must be individually packaged and ready to pack into bags. Sandwiches wrapped or in sandwich bags. Sign up to bring 25 servings:

1. Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwiches - Bring only 12 sandwiches (use soft, white bread and creamy peanut butter) - FILLED
2. Ham & Cheese or Turkey & Cheese Sandwiches- Bring only 12 sandwiches (use soft, white bread) - Una and 1 spot left
3. Fruit Cups 2 spots left
4. Bags of Chips or Crackers (*some vegan, all nut free) Jenny, Melinda
5. Healthy Snacks e.g., granola bars, jerky or meat stick, fruit snack, packable fruit. (*some vegan, all nut free ) Nichal, Lipamela
6. Desserts e.g., cookies, brownies, no candy (*some vegan, all nut free)- FILLED
7. Drinks (e.g., water, Gatorade, no soda) 2 spots left

🛍️ I will provide brown paper lunch bags, napkins and spoons for the fruit cups

🤝 Others ways to help:
-If you are unable to stay and help, that's okay! You can drop off your items at the meeting location.
-If you are unable to help deliver the lunches, that's okay too! You can leave anytime during the assembly and packing process.
-You're welcome to sign up with a friend to split the cost of a food item.

Please sign up only if you're certain you can commit to bringing your item, as I am counting on you to provide your component of the lunch. Dropping out within 24 hours of event = no show. If you no show to this event, I will remove you from the group.
