Welcome to our bookish club. This time, we will be discussing a great modern classic: The Handmaid’s Tale.

Margaret Atwood’s novel invites us into a world that feels both distant and uncomfortably familiar. A society where control, identity, and freedom are constantly negotiated and often stripped away.

This is a story, a reflection on how fragile rights and autonomy can be, and how easily they can be reshaped or taken away.

As for discussing the book, let’s think about the themes that stood out most to us, the moments that made us pause, and how this story resonates with today’s world or even your own world experience and view. This is an opportunity to explore, question, and share perspectives.
