About us
In this group we will come together to focusing on quiet reading time mixed with friendly chat.
The group gathers to read in silence together, share book ideas, and make new friends in a low-pressure social setting.
The Idea: We bring our own books and read in silence together.
The Goal: Enjoy and recommend good books. Socialize. Travel.
What We Do at Meetups:
Arrive and Settle (30minutes): Grab a seat, order a drink or snack, show off your book, and say hello.
Silent Reading (1 hour interavals): Put phones away and read your own book in peace.
Chat (30 minutes): Share what you read or talk about other books you love and next read on your TBR
Group Rules:
No Assigned Books: Read whatever you want, from novels to non-fiction.
No Pressure: You do not have to finish your book or talk a lot or at all. It’s not rude to join to just to read with others.
Be Kind: Treat everyone with respect and keep phones on silent. If reading time talk softly don’t disturb others around you.
