End of Summer Meeting: Two books set during WWII to discuss and compare

We will be enjoying food and drinks and discussing two novels set during WWII.

Since we do not meet in June or July, at our August meeting we will be discussing two book that we will have read over the summer. I thought it made sense to select two of the many novels set in WWII that are on our reading "wish list." This will provide us with an opportunity to compare and contrast books with similar subject matter.

The books are:
The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah and
The Book of Lost Names by Kristin Harmel

We will meet a week later than usual, on August 22. I will announce the meeting location soon.
