What we’re about
Love diving into great stories - have you ever finished a movie and thought, “Wow, that was amazing - but I need to talk about it with someone!”
Whether it's a film full of hidden symbolism or a story that stayed with you long after the last scene, you're in the right place.
This group is for film lovers and readers in the Henderson/Las Vegas area who want to discuss movies, books, and everything in between in a relaxed & welcoming space.
We meet regularly at The Coffee Press, a cozy coffee shop at the Paseo Verde Library in Henderson, at Green Valley Ranch.

How It Works
- Everyone is welcome, whether you're a regular movie goer, only turn up for the Oscars or the big summer blockbusters.
- Got a film or genre suggestion? Great! We'll rotate themes to keep things fresh and inclusive.
- Please try to watch the film beforehand so we can dive into meaningful discussion. (Spoilers are fair game!)
- Feel free to bring articles, reviews, or share online content you found thought-provoking, as discussion is encouraged!
- We'll aim to cover major cinema blockbusters, as well as indie films and book adaptations.
- We will aim to watch films that are available on major streaming platforms or are new at the cinema.
- Interested in hosting a meetup? Message the organizers, as we love rotating voices.

Directed with pristine precision by Park Chan-wook, No Other Choice is a wickedly clever takedown of the corporate rat race that finds a perfect avatar in Lee Byung-Hun's skillfully hapless performance.

Deliciously dark and sharply comedic, this finely acted Park Chan-wook mystery leaves you No Other Choice but to love it.
