Learn about the powers of native plants as we explore a pollinator trail in the heart of Newtown Square. 9:00 AM, Sat. June 28th.
We’ll meet in the parking lot of the Newtown Township Municipal Building and embark on a gentle 1.2 mile loop on paved and wood chipped trails.

We’ll learn about two lush pollinator gardens, hillside plantings, a mini-arboretum, and hear about sustainable landscape practices.

We'll visit bluebird boxes at Boiron's Offices on Campus Boulevard, and stop at the Township’s award-winning native plant rain gardens.

We'll also see 100 native trees and shrubs suitable for planting in your own yard at Gable Park's mini-arboretum.

Afterward, we’ll gather for free refreshments and beverages, including a tasting of bird-friendly coffee and tea, on Newtown Public Library’s deck.

Take home plant lists and free information on supporting pollinators and birds while adding beauty and controlling storm water on your property.

Join us, and enjoy the healing beauty of nature!
