ONLINE Book Club: Why Nations Fail by Daron Acemoglu (Mtg 2 of 2)

Hello all! We will meet online (2nd of 2 meetings) for a discussion of Why Nations Fail by Daron Acemoglu. (Please read all of the second half, chapters 9 through 15, prior to the meeting.)
