Check out our calendar for our book chat schedule. In addition, we attend and discuss movies, hold book exchange parties, attend author lectures, hike, and eat fabulous meals together along with a variety of other events that capture our interest.
Annual dues are collected in Nov/Dec for $10 to cover the cost of the Meetup site.
Note: We currently have a waitlist to join. As we have turnover in membership, we will approve new members on a first come, first serve basis.

Sharon Lynne Wilson Center, 3270 Mitchell Park Drive, Brookfield, WI, USEmily Giffin returns to the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center in Brookfield on Thursday, July 9th at 7:00 p.m. This event- presented by Boswell Books, Books & Company, and the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center- features Giffin in conversation with Wisconsinite Claire Swinarski for Giffin's new novel Love You More- a story about the plot twists life throws at us and how love, in all its forms, has the power to change everything. Tickets cost $36.00 and include a signed copy of Love You More.
As the tickets are General Admission, you can buy your own ticket and we should still all be able to sit together, but RSVP on Meetup also so we know who will attend and can coordinate possibly having dinner before and/or carpooling.

With her name on the Hollywood blacklist and her life on hold, starlet Melanie Cole has little choice in company. There is her next-door neighbor, Elwood, but the screenwriter’s agoraphobia allows for just short chats through open windows. He’s her sole confidante, though, as she and her housekeeper, Eva, an immigrant from war-torn Europe, rarely make conversation.
Then one early morning Melanie and Eva spot Elwood’s sister-in-law and caretaker, June, digging in his beloved rose garden. After that they don’t see Elwood at all anymore. Where could a man who never leaves the house possibly have gone?
