Meet at Roos Roast on Tuesday for Tropical November

We are meeting at Roos Roast at 117 E. Liberty downtown A2 at 10:00 am to confirm ideas for Corn Island.
Sorry guys, this is for women only. For the month of November 2025, let’s live on Corn Island, Nicaragua on the beach of the Caribbean Sea. This is not open to the public , just friends for this month only. I booked it. You can stay in a private, king sized bedroom, private bathroom, small dinette area with refrigerator, hot plates, coffee pot, tea kettle , utensils, plates, pots, pans, etc…
for personal consumption. There are sliding glass doors with a view of your patio or balcony leading to the beach. $500/month with fans or $600/month with a/c. Included is once a week cleaning with change of sheets, bath and beach towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap. If you want a load of laundry done $5. It is returned the next day clean and folded.
The Serenity Cafe (cash) is located on the property for breakfast $5, lunch or dinner serving anywhere on the property of Sea Star Spa or in your room, or on your patio or in the open area cafe with the group. There’s plenty of fresh lobster, fish, crab, & shrimp cooked Caribbean style as well as chicken, beef & pork. They also have snacks, sodas, juices, smoothies for sale anytime.
Going in the Sea is THE THING!!!
We run down or slowly walk whenever we feel like it and float around in the clear blue sea past a long bay, white sandy beach in front of the property. Often we meet before sunrise (when we feel like it) and watch the sunrise with our heads bobbing and soft sand under the water under our feet… OR sleep in.
There is a swimming pool with daily water exercise given by an instructor. Nothing is mandatory. The pool is always an option and it’s lit up at night.
There are movie nights with fresh popcorn, bonfires on the beach (community minded/no charge). Group excursions like snorkeling coral reefs, scuba diving, fishing, island hopping by fast boats, group yacht rental for a day, dance night at an island bar are options & extra charge.
It’s a SPA and massages are offered any day $30/hour.
