This is a series of classes on Modern Physics, presented by Linda Fugate, Ph.D., at the Lamar Senior Activity Center (LSAC). You DON'T have to be a senior, but you DO have to be a member of LSAC. It's easy: fill out an orange form and pay $10 per year. Then you are also welcome to participate in all their other activities. Each class will be fairly independent, so you don't have to come every week. We'll start with a short YouTube video about a topic such as Einstein's Relativity, Black Holes, Quantum Physics, Parallel Universes, etc. Then I'll explain the topic in greater depth with the slide show, and you can ask questions.
