How do I challenge unwanted behaviour - and still keep the relationship?

Do you have that sinking feeling about having to confront someone?
Do you avoid instead, then get cross at yourself for not standing your ground?
Behaviours that are not addressed, fester.
They sap your confidence. They affect your body, your spirit and your peace of mind.
I've known people leave a job because of other people's toxic behaviours.
Or put on a persona of 'it doesn't matter, they didn't mean it' just to keep the peace.
You are putting other people's feelings ahead of your own.
You are teaching others that it is okay to continue as they are.
I'll show you a way to address any issue in a positive way that preserves the relationship, gives clarity on YOUR needs whilst still understanding theirs.
You will feel happier, more confident and proud when you start to put this framework into practice.
We will role play a few examples in this session, so bring one along and I will try and pick as many as I can to demo real challenges.
