What we’re about

Join Boot Camp Amsterdam for free outdoor running and workouts in Vondelpark! Classes are coached by volunteer instructors, who will push your body and mind to the next level to achieve optimal fitness results. The exercises will be adapted to your fitness level so beginners are also welcomed.

Classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 19:00 till 20.00 in Vondelpark.
On Tuesdays we combine running exercises with ground exercises, but on Thursdays it is only ground exercises at one spot.

The group is organized by volunteers, so no fees. Have fun, connect with a nice supporting community, and get in great shape enjoying the fresh air! Join our team and sign up for our events!
