The class is coached in English by one of our trainers. A medium fitness level is required, which means that you are comfortable running 5 kilometers in 30 minutes. Boot camp combines running exercises with ground exercises. Our main aim is to have fun while getting fit.

This is a non-commercial boot camp, organized by a group of friends who volunteer because they enjoy exercising outdoors and meeting new people. That's why it's free and also why participation is at your own risk.

We recommend that you travel as light as possible during the session as keys, mobiles, water bottles and accessories can get in the way due to the intensity of the exercises.

RSVP opens 5 days before every boot camp session. Please note: if you are 'attending' do show up. Two no shows\* and you are excluded from the group.

We start at 19:00 sharp.

* No show: if you haven't changed your RSVP from 'yes' to 'no' at least by 17.30 on the day of the bootcamp.
