What we’re about

My name is Harm Jaap de Jong and starting January 10, 2026, I will be organizing a bootcamp every Saturday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM in Utrecht. For over 10 years, I have been exercising with great passion (running, strength training, cycling, swimming, yoga). I love sharing this passion with the world. I wish everyone who is open to it the health benefits, mental strength, and satisfaction it brings.

For whom and what is the purpose?
Everyone of all ages and all fitness levels is welcome. The goal is to exercise together, have fun, get inspired, and perhaps push personal boundaries.

What to expect?
Each week, we do a variety of exercises with a corresponding warm-up and cool-down. The exercises are carefully explained, and assistance is provided where needed to optimize form. They are designed to improve endurance, strength, and stability. All exercises are selected so they can be performed at different levels, allowing everyone to participate at their own pace and fitness level.
