My name is Harm Jaap de Jong and I provide a weekly Saturday bootcamp in Utrecht (11:00 AM - 12:00 PM). With over a decade of passionate training across running, strength, cycling, swimming, and yoga, I believe deeply in the power of sharing fitness — not just as exercise, but as a way to build a supportive community. Together, we can create more than just a workout group; we can build a club where health, mental strength, and connection thrive.

Who is it for and what’s the goal?
Everyone is welcome, regardless of age or fitness level. Our purpose is to exercise together, have fun, inspire one another, and grow stronger—individually and as a group.

What to expect?
Each session includes a dynamic warm-up, varied workouts focusing on endurance, strength, and stability, and a proper cool-down. Exercises are scalable, clearly explained, and tailored so everyone can participate at their own pace. Have a specific fitness goal?
