On 5th September we be walking part of the North Downs Way and over Kent’s Top beauty Spot, ‘THE DEVILS KNEADING TROUGH’. The walk to this area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB) will be around 8.5 miles and does include a lunch stop. This walk includes steep incline, however the views from the top are completely mind blowing and well worth the hike.

We will also pass the Wye Crown which was cut into the landscape to celebrate the coronation of King Edward VII in 1902.

The walk starts from Wye Station at 10am for a 10.15am start. The Walk is expected to take approximately 3.5/4 hours and includes a lunch break.

If I can ask that you kindly let me know if you change your mind about going so we don't wait around for someone who can no long attend.
I ask everyone to bring with them:
A - Suitable footwear (strong shoes or boots preferably walking boots no Flip-flops)
B- A waterproof jackett (and waterproof trousers?) in case of rain
C - Drinking water and a lunch
D - Personal medication (please make me aware in confidence of any medical condition you may have that may affect you in the walk no matter how small)
E- Suitable walking clothing

There might only be 'natural' toilets along the way (a bush).

We will follow any Government Covid regulations at the time.

** IMPORTANT **
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU HAVE ANY COVID SYMPTOMS

Please note that we do advertise our walks on a number of platforms including Facebook and through our website www.bootsonadventures.co.uk so MeetUp will not reflect a true indication of attendees.
