About us

Have you been in a relationship with someone who has Borderline or Narcissistic Personality traits? A partner, parent, sibling, or friend? You're not alone, and you don't have to untangle it by yourself.

This is a free, peer-led online support group for people healing from relationships with BPD/NPD-affected partners or family members. We meet twice a month on Zoom, and you're welcome whether you're in the middle of a crisis, years out and still processing, or just starting to realize what happened to you had a name.

What a meeting actually looks like: small group (usually 6–10 people), two hours, camera optional. No agenda pressure. You can share as much or as little as you want, or just listen. Nobody is required to speak. This is not therapy or professional counseling; it's people who've lived it, supporting each other with what's actually helped us cope, set boundaries, and rebuild trust in ourselves. Your privacy matters here. What's shared in the group stays in the group. You can join under a first name only if that feels safer.

We know it's hard to show up the first time. Most of us put it off for a while too. If you've been meaning to come but haven’t yet, RSVP and just see how it feels; there's no obligation to keep coming if it's not for you.
