Welcome! This is a space for us to connect, share our experiences, tips, coping skills and exist in a safe, community space of others who can potentially understand us.
We begin with a check in of how we have been doing in the past week or two. We will then chat about the weekly discussions topic or select a new topic of greater interest to us! We always discuss coping skills, DBT or otherwise, as well as generally share our experiences surrounding BPD!
