Are we sinners or righteous?
In Romans 3:10 it says, “As it is written, there is none righteous, no, not one.”
But the Bible speaks of righteous people. In Romans 1:17 it says, “As it is written, the just shall live by faith.” In James 5:16 it says, “The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.”
If we only know the Bible one-sidedly, we only focus on one part of the Bible. But throughout the Bible there are words about the righteous. Then most importantly, we must know how to go from “none righteous, no, not one” to “a righteous man.”
