Nearly a decade ago, first encouraged #BosRETech innovators to attend ProductCamp Boston, an unconference organized by attendees for attendees that's still going strong:
The deadline for proposing sessions has passed, but we can still use this annual event to reconnect and explore emerging opportunities. Fellow real estate consumer advocates know that LinkedIn has been buzzing with "broker babble" about the failure of class action lawsuits to deliver money-saving changes.
The New York Times calls those efforts to subvert the NAR Settlement "The Great Real Estate Workaround." Innovators outside of Boston are calling for more consumer education, consumer protection even more class action lawsuits. Others are beginning to launch new money-saving business models.
