About us
Project 3810 is a commerce and production hub based in west Oklahoma City encompassing 45,000 square feet of modular commercial space. Founded in 2017, Project 3810 serves as a regional launchpad and incubation space for manufacturing and product companies, as well as technology and e-commerce ventures generating disruptive solutions to Oklahoma’s legacy industries, like manufacturing, agriculture, and logistics.
Project 3810’s expansive and dynamic facilities feature key amenities, including: I2-zoned warehousing and distribution space; creative and fabrication labs; an on-site brewery and taproom; coworking and flex workspaces; and more than forty (40) private office and industrial suites.
