• 7:15pm~7:30pm: Break/networking
• 7:30pm~8:15pm: Lecture (2nd half)
• 8:15pm-8:30pm: Open discussion & Mixer

Tech Talk: Fundamentals of AI
Speaker: Michael Boensel
Abstract: Starting from first principles we'll learn how AI is developed and currently applied.

There will be handson sections with code illustrating concepts in Jupyter notebooks. If you want to follow along (encouraged, but not required) the code will be posted publicly.

Who Should Attend:
Anyone intrigued or interested in AI, its usage, and its impacts on society. Beginners are welcome (we are all beginners at some point!).

RSVP is required, and a government issued ID is needed to enter the building. No one who has not RSVP'd will be able to attend, due to building security policies. Please ensure your meetup account includes your real first and last name to ensure no issues entering the building.
