Data Science Hike - Neponset Trail

Hiking is great for the body and mind. What better way to spend a Saturday morning than getting outdoors and meeting awesome folks in the data science community.

Come join us for a hike at Neponset River Trail and talk in depth with other data scientists about the problems you're working on, your favorite models, or anything at all! The plan is to hike the relatively flat and paved trail from the trailhead at Mattapan station to Granite Ave and back for 4.8 miles round trip in roughly 1.5 hours, but we can do more or less depending on the group.

Location & Parking:

Park near Mattapan station, or take the red line, and meet at the start of the boardwalk at 1674 Blue Hill Avenue.

Hike Details

• Group meets at 8:00am.
• Hike start 8:10am! All who are late must double time to catch up.

We recommend bringing sunblock, bug spray, and water.
