Womens+ Hike in the Belknap Range

Audience: Adults; Women+

Description: Join us on a womens+ hike through the Belknap range! Enjoy beautiful views of Lake Winnipesaukee as we hike about 5-6 miles and roughly 1300 feet of elevation through Anna, Straightback, and West Quarry.
Trail could contain some brush, mud, switchbacks, uneven terrain, and ledges along the way towards amazing views.
We will hike at a steady but relaxed pace with efficient stops to allow for gear adjustments, snacks, and water. We will not screen for pace and will hike as a group at the pace of the slowest hiker. Weather permitting, we will take a longer break for lunch at one of the summits.
Pre-registration is required. A leader may reach out to discuss the hike further prior to approval. Space is limited to 10 participants. There will be a waitlist so please cancel promptly if for some reason you cannot attend. The trip will run unless conditions are unsafe (i.e. severe weather) and in that case the trip will be cancelled.
A full gear list is detailed below as well as the 3-season gear list for reference. Long pants, long socks, and insect repellent are highly recommended. Please contact a leader if you have any questions.

This is intended to be a Womens+ affinity trip , but everyone is welcome. If you do not identify with that group, we trust that you have reviewed our allyship criteria, have done your due diligence to educate yourself, and have committed to abide by our Code of Conduct .
