Description: Join us for an early fall hike of Mts. Liberty and Flume. Our pace will be relaxed, about 1.5 mph. We will hike as a group, and pace ourselves to the slowest person. Our route will be out-and-back, and we will avoid the super steep Flume Slide Trail. Our planned route will include some moderate water crossings and optional scrambling. Terrain is generally moderately rugged. Enjoy amazing views at the summits, conditions permitting. Required Gear: Standard White Mountain daypack is required: 10 essentials including headlamp, warm jacket, rain gear, lunch, water, other personal gear as desired. Sturdy ankle-length boots suitable for rough hiking.
