About us

Are you a woman thinking about divorcing your spouse after many years together? Or maybe you're already in the early or middle stages of a divorce. Either way, divorce can be an emotional, pivotal, and powerful point in a woman's life. Clarity and confidence are crucial to making good decisions along the way and reinventing your future with your best self in focus. It's also important to feel supported and seen--no one should feel like they are going through divorce alone.

This virtual support group is geared toward women in the Boston / South Shore area who are in long-term marriages and are contemplating or already going through divorce. The group setting is private to create a safe space for all participants to feel comfortable joining and sharing their stories. Through online support group meetings, CDC Certified Divorce Coach, Kristen M. Ploetz, will moderate and guide discussions focused around specific themes relevant to divorce, such as uncertainty, empowerment through knowledge, overwhelm, change/transitions, security, identity, communication and more. While this group is geared toward women ages 40+ and in marriages of 15+ years, all are welcome. This group also welcomes those from heterosexual and LGBTQ marriages alike. To protect privacy, participants in online support group sessions do not have to share their full name on-screen.

Support groups are 90 minutes and currently meet once a month from 12-1:30PM, usually on the third Wednesday of the month.
