Digital Currency Regulation: The State of the State

Details
In the U.S. and overseas, digital currency regulation continues to be at the top of many agendas for policymakers, regulators, and industry. As new agency appointees take on their roles and other nominations appear on the horizon, governments all over the world are deciding whether and how to regulate –- and sometimes, whether to allow at all –- cryptocurrencies and other digital assets in their economies and societies. This panel of experts will discuss recent trends, legal and regulatory issues, and emerging topics in this still-nascent space.
