What we’re about
The Women's Connection Boston Chapter serves the greater Boston area for women 50 and forward whose life situations lead them to seek new connections, opportunities and resources. We offer a variety of programs, events and small group gatherings in the metro area.
Membership in this MEETUP group does not automatically confer membership in The Women's Connection Boston Chapter.
Women who are part of Meetup can participate in some activities as nonmembers for a limited time. The Boston chapter has many additional activities for its chapter members that are not available to Meetup members, including special interest groups, group discussions, volunteering, theatre, travel discussion, games, book clubs and more to choose from.

"This is What Democracy Looks Like"
Location not specified yetJoin us on Zoom for an energizing conversation with Dr. Gabriela D. Lemus a seasoned community advocate who will share practical, hopeful ways to strengthen democracy and protect the right to participate fully in our civic life. Together, we'll learn how everyday people like all of us are countering voter suppression by supporting get-out-the-vote efforts, challenging gerrymandering, and replacing anti-immigration fear with facts and solidarity in the face of injustice.
This is a chance to connect, get inspired, and leave with tools you can use to make a real difference right where you live. We hope you'll add your voice and be part of the momentum. Democracy is strengthened when communities are present, engaged and unwilling to look away.
