Details

We're hosting a Common Workflow Language (CWL) meetup on Wednesday, June 26th 6:00pm -7:30pm EST!

This event is open to anyone interested in learning about and using CWL - beginners and experienced users alike. We will have an introductory talk to introduce newcomers to CWL, then split into small groups and work on shared topics of interest. Bring a laptop and your interest in working together.

Remote participants are welcome via Zoom: https://zoom.us/j/552507741

We'll have pizza and salads for dinner - please indicate any dietary restrictions when you register.

The Common Workflow Language (CWL) is a specification for describing
analysis workflows and tools in a way that makes them portable and scalable across a variety of software and hardware environments, from workstations to cluster, cloud, and high performance computing (HPC) environments. CWL is designed to meet the needs of data-intensive science, such as Bioinformatics, Medical Imaging, Astronomy, Physics, and Chemistry.
