On June 12th at 6pm, join your BCBB friends for beers and company at Portico Brewing in Somerville, with food and drink kindly provided by MTP Connect!

Located in the new biotech district in Brickbottom, Portico is walking distance from the Green Line stop at Union Square. There is street parking and $10 parking at 5pm in building garage.

All computational biologists and bioinformaticians are welcome regardless of skill level, from lifelong hardcore professionals and academics to people who are starting to think about learning just enough programming to make science go faster. See old friends, mentors, students, and make new connections while sharing tales of compbio triumph and woe.

This social event will be a little different as MTP Connect is bring along visiting delegation of folks in the biotech and medical sector from Australia to join us at Portico. They are visiting the Boston biotech scene as well as the BIO conference, so come along say g'day, and welcome them to Boston.
