You’re not going to miss meat with this luxuriously decadent vegetarian fare. In this class, we'll make Mornay, the French sauce that transforms this lasagna into “food for the gods”. While that's baking, we're making an appetizer of crisp cauliflower fritters with an easy tomato dip. Our ingredients list use gluten-free products including lasagna noodles from Italy, but you can use regular lasagna noodles as well.

To cook with us, download our Ingredients and gadgets list with specialty items linked to our Amazon store for convenient one-click buying (in case they're not available at your grocery).

How this works:

• 2 ticket types are available: Participant- $25 (interactive access) and Audience- $10 (observer with limited access) see below for more info*

• Classes are 1 1/2 to 2 hours

• 10 minute Q&A at end of class for Audience questions.

• Each class is a password-protected Zoom session. You'll receive an email with Zoom info 24 hours prior to your class along with your menu/ingredients/gadgets reminder. This is an automated email so make sure to check your spam folder. If you did not receive the info, it is your responsibility to call us at least 6 hours before class for a re-send. Call (781) 355-6622.

• Participants and Audience will receive recipes 24 hours before class for reference (we will not use recipes during class), included in the Zoom room email above.

• Note on Ingredients/Gadgets pack: only specialty items or products we recommend are linked. Gadgets list only specify specialty items. We do not include regular items like Chef's knives, cutting boards, paper towels, aluminum foil, cooking implements like ladles, tongs, serving platters. Also, unless otherwise noted in ingredient list, fresh produce must be rinsed and dried prior to class.

Ticket types

Participant: Cook and be guided with interactive access. Participants may ask questions at any time while we’re cooking. Limited slots are available so that Marlene can monitor participant progress

Audience: If you just want to watch or cook silently along with us, be part of our Audience for a reduced ticket price. Although we won’t see or hear you, you’ll be able to check out what we’re doing and even cook along. There is a possibility your questions via chat can be answered at the end of class if it’s chosen for the 10 minute Q&A.
