Boston Corgi x Park-9 Annual Derby Day

Riders up! Join the Boston Corgi Meetup Group and Park-9 Dog Bar for a special celebration of Derby Day, with corgi racing!

Watch pups race for the title of Park-9 Derby Champion, featuring corgi, dachshund, and mixed small dog heats. Entry for the race is $5 (sign up link coming soon). Prizes for the champions include gift cards, Park-9 memberships and professional podium photos. Also, there will be additional activities on site, including prizes for the best Derby Day human and dog outfits!

Some things to note before you attend:

• Please RSVP here with your name and your dog's name. This will give us an idea of how many members to expect.
• To register your dog, head to Park-9’s pet portal to create an account. For everyone’s safety, Park-9 requires proof of the following vaccinations for entry: Rabies, Distemper (DHLPP/Da2pp), and Bordetella (kennel cough). All vaccinations will display as out of date upon upload - don’t panic! The portal requires that humans review and validate the expiration dates. If you have created an account and know your pup is up to date, we can confirm records at the door upon arrival.
• Review all other rules and regulations about the space. Some important ones:
• ***Dogs must be at least 4 months old.
• ***Must be neutered/spayed if over 1 year old.
• ***Must be flea & tick free.
• ***Must be socialized for group play.
• ***No outside toys/food/treats.
• ***Flat buckle collars/harnesses only.
• ***Max of 2 dogs per pet parent.
• ***Dog parents must be present at all times
• The entry fee for one dog is $15; two dogs cost $27 total.
• People without dogs can enter for free!
