While reducing churn, increasing upsells and driving product adoption are the overall goals of Customer Success Management, customer segmentation, automated and standardized workflows, and insights about your customers are key building blocks for a great Customer Success practice. We want to get your ideas how you (would) manage those challenges and create fast value for your customers when they start using your product.
