Our next meetup will feature presentations about how to create and maintain feedback cycles important to your organization. Going beyond the technical details of server monitoring, we'll talk about what metrics to keep track of and how to keep the signal/noise ratio down. Examples: Jenkins build fails, average deploy time, mean time to recovery from an outage, etc - all over time. What are the Key Performance Indicators of a devops org, and how can we keep track of them?
