Homelabs, Lightning Talks, and Holiday Swap

This month Don Luchini, Principal Engineer and technology enthusiast, will present "Homelabs: where the journey IS the destination". We'll also have one or two short lightning talks from community members. Finally, we'll host a holiday gift swap for those wanting to participate (see below for more details).

Due to a limited number of spots, please RSVP only if you truly intend on being present in-person. By RSVP-ing and attending, you agree to comply with our Code of Conduct.

Gift Swap: the idea is simple...bring a wrapped gift if you want to participate. Some parameters:

* don't spend a lot (<=$25), or better yet...
* recycle some of your unused technology (clean and wipe it first please)
* avoid perishable foods, sharp things, or anything leaky
* nothing that would violate our Code of Conduct

In Boston fashion, we'll conduct this using "yankee swap" logistics and rules. Everyone who brings a gift to participates comes away with something.

6:45pm - Don Luchini presents "Homelabs: where the journey IS the destination" with Q&A
7:30pm - Lightning talks and discussion
Out by 8pm (ish)!

Food: first come, first serve, 20 people covered, GF option. Soft drinks available for all, and afterwards all are welcome to continue over drinks somewhere close (to be announced at the meetup).

Safety policy: please consider others if you are feeling sick or have recently tested negative for COVID-19. Otherwise Boston Area policies do not require masks or proof of vaccination to enter this venue.
