Boston DPM Meetup: Focusing Clients | Visualizing Timelines

Hi Everyone, I'm excited to continue our 2024 Boston Digital Project Management Meetups! These are a great way to meet and socialize with other Digital Project Managers in the area and discuss some interesting topics.

This time we are going to hit on two topics:

• What to do when the customer doesn't know what they want, and
• Project timelines, how to visualize them for different audiences

(thank you attendees of the first group for adding these to our project topics board!)

Here is the agenda:

5:30 - 6:15 PM - Meet and Greet / Social Networking
6:15 - 6:40 - What to do when the customer doesn't know what they want.
6:40 - 7:00 - Visualizing project timelines
7:00 - 8:00 - Hang out, social networking

I'll be hosting the event at the Velir Studios office in Davis Square, Somerville. There is plenty of street parking, local lots, and easy access from the red line. We'll have some snacks and beverages available and maybe even some swag to give out. All are welcome!
