Closing group due to massive price increase - UPDATED

Hi everyone, I have some bad news. Meetup.com is nearly doubling the cost of Meetup groups which puts them well outside an affordable amount. As a result, I am encouraging all members to either join a different group on Meetup, join our Discord server (https://discord.gg/RkYRrkC), or join our Facebook group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/dndnewbies) instead. I'll plan to post events/announcements in Facebook that I would normally post here.

I will close the group in about 1 week on 6/29, but possibly earlier depending on the renewal date. Definitely a bummer. Meetup played an important role in helping build our community and share events with thousands of players across the US.
