We’re kicking off 2021 with a fast-paced networking event and inviting many edtech professionals from different careers and organizations to network! They'll be available all night to chat about their current role, organization, and trending topics in the edtech space. Using Remo, we'll be able to divide the virtual space into different tables so that folks can join the conversations that most interest them.

The event will be divided into three 30-minute networking sessions, with a different focus in each part:

  1. Boston EdTech Organizations - We'll then divide the tables based on organizations, so folks can connect with people from specific companies and learn more about the work they're doing.

  2. Career Paths (i.e. UX, Learning Design, Engineering) - Tables will be organized so current professionals and community members can connect with those on a specific career path.

  3. EdTech Trends - Finally, we'll re-organize tables around current edtech trends and topics, such as game based learning, culturally responsive teaching, and many more.

The goal is that across careers, organizations, and trends/topics, folks will be able to connect with a number of folks who share similar interests and passions.

We'll be updating the list of folks who will be available to chat throughout the evening. Note that our goal is to invite a diverse group of folks to ensure that there will be good representation across careers, organizations, and edtech topics, but we're sure all attendees will bring diverse perspectives and there will be many interesting folks in the community to connect with throughout the event.
