Regardless of what's going on externally we always have the power to find the moment, our center and our Inner Peace. It's as close as our breath.

That said we also at times need to deal with and honor the disturbances to that Inner Peace .

Being with people who love and support you helps. Find those people this week, carve out some extra time to do the things that nurture you; walks in nature, meditation, reading a good book, whatever you love to do..
