60th Boston Hardware Meetup @ Leaf Labs
Details
Join us for the 60th Boston Hardware Meetup at LeafLabs!
🤖 Bring your latest build and demos to share!
Hardware Meetups happen across 30+ cities around the world, bringing together hardware professionals to network, share knowledge, and support each other and the larger hardware ecosystem.
We have a great group of guest speakers
- Jeff Ciesielski will be sharing how LeafLabs is bringing the concept of process mining - which has traditionally been used to analyze enterprise workflows - to the internal control systems of robotic and intelligent hardware systems. He'll share how to bridge engineering insight, performance optimization, and operational strategy into one continuous view.
- Jaguar Kristeller, Project Manager and Field Applications Engineer at NexPCB, will share tips on navigating injection mold component trial samples and the challenges and revisions to expect from T0 sample parts.
- Dave McCloskey and Marco Cross will discuss how Alogus Innovation and Design categorizes projects into one of three groups based on anticipated production volume and technical complexity, and how those categories help Alogus and its clients understand applicable production methods, project duration, and technical requirements well before the project kicks off.

NexPCB partners with hardware innovators at every stage to turn great IoT ideas into scalable global businesses. Whether you’re sketching your first prototype or planning full production, they’re your long-term product‐realization ally—offering hands-on DFM, rapid tech supply-chain build-out, and global logistics support so you can deliver high-quality IoT devices reliably and cost-effectively.
PartsBox helps you manage electronic parts inventory, purchasing, BOM pricing, and production. It tracks where parts are stored, monitors stock levels, and shows which parts are used in which projects. The software handles both standard electronic components with manufacturer part numbers and custom items like PCBs or mechanical parts. You can price BOMs using current distributor data, create purchase orders, manage builds, and use your parts database in Altium Designer or KiCad.
