* [Scott Twiddy](https://www.linkedin.com/in/scotttwiddy/), Materials R&D Lead at [inkbit](https://inkbit3d.com/), talking about inkbit’s Vision-Controlled Jetting (VCJ) platform. The VCJ platform enables the processing of materials beyond conventional acrylate-based resin systems. Inkbit's current resin portfolio contains high performance rigid Epoxy and soft TEPU materials , and we have now introduced a third: Cyclic Olefin Thermosets (COTs). This new material class is a true polyolefin similar to polypropylene, offering several distinct advantages from typical resin systems. A key focus of this presentation is the ability to craft radio-frequency lenses, enabled by the unique combination of an exceptionally low loss and Inkbit’s high-resolution lattice printing capabilities. This material unlocks the fabrication of complex dielectric devices that were previously limited to academic demonstrations, making them practical, manufacturable, and affordable for real-world deployment, and enabling a whole range of new products.
